OUR STAFF MEMBERS
The staff at New Scandinavia Lutheran Church has spent many years committed to Christian service. Our staff enjoys serving our community, whether in sharing our faith or just lending a helping hand. New Scandinavia Lutheran Church’s staff members are:

Doug Severude
(Church Council President)
The President shall preside over meetings of the Congregation Council and the Congregation, and coordinate with Senior Member the work of committees and boards and be an ex-officio member without vote.
Janelle Gordon
(Council Vice President)
The vice-president shall preside in the absence of the president unless members present decide otherwise.
Dawn Bryngelson
(Church Treasurer)
The Treasurer shall be the custodian of all funds of the Congregation and submit periodic reports to the congregation council.
Sue Dau
(Church Council Secretary)
The Secretary shall keep minutes of all meetings of the Congregation and Council and preserve its archives.
Chris Broten
(Financial Secretary)
The Financial Secretary shall collect and deposit all contributions from members and other sources and keep records of all income.
Matt Macho
(Church Trustee)
The Board of Trustees shall have charge of the general management and control of the business affairs of the congregation, and to provide for an annual program of stewardship.
Dave Dau
(Church Trustee)

Robert Bryngelson

Debra Schieffer
(Church Deacon)
The Board of Deacons shall be responsible, under the leadership of the Pastor, for the worship and evangelism programs of the congregation. The president of the congregation shall be an advisory member.
Louise Driver
(Church Deacon)

Marion Wigen
(Church Deacon)

Shelly Shipley
(Board of Education)
The Board of Education shall be responsible for the leadership and supervision of the education programs of the congregation and for the congregations family ministries. The Pastor and President shall be advisory members of the Board of Education and family ministry.
Kelly Martinson
(Board of Education)

Michelle Klefstad
(Board of Education)
The Board of Education shall be responsible for the leadership and supervision of the education programs of the congregation and for the congregations family ministries. The Pastor and President shall be advisory members of the Board of Education and family ministry.
Kristal Gifford
(Sunday School Superintendent)
The Sunday School Superintendent shall work with the Board of Education to coordinate all educational curriculum and events.
